The goal of our Doctors who operate from Minto Mall Medical Centre & Minto Mediclinic is to provide quality care to patients. No shows and late arrivals inconvenience not only the Doctors, but other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

Appointment Cancellation

When you book your appointment you are holding a space for a Doctor that is no longer available to other patients. In order to be respectful of everyone’s time please inform the Practice as soon as you know you will not be able to attend the appointment.

We understand that unplanned issues can arise and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Should this occur we ask that you call the Practice at least 1 hour before your appointment to cancel or reschedule as appointments are in high demand and your advance notice will allow another patient to have access to that appointment time.

How to cancel

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment without incurring any fees as long as you give at least 1 hour notice. To cancel or reschedule your appointment please call the Practice at which you have made your appointment.

Missed appointments will incur a fee of $20.00
